Workflow Designer Tab

You can create, edit and manage CRM workflow steps, including new step types in the Workflow Designer Tab in CRM Workflow detail view.

  1. Click Integration > Integrations. The Integrations list page is displayed.
  2. Click CRM Workflow. The Integration details page is displayed.
  3. Click the Workflows tab.
  4. Click the Workflow name. The CRM Workflow Definition details page is displayed. See Using the Workflow Definition detail view.
  5. Click the Workflow Designer tab.
  6. Perform these steps:
    • Add a CRM Workflow Step
    • Define a CRM Workflow Step
    • Delete a CRM Workflow Step
    • Zoom in
      • Click Zoom In to zoom in to see a step in greater detail.
    • Zoom out
      • Click Zoom Out to zoom in to see a step in greater detail.
    • Reset zoom
      • Click Zoom Reset to reset the zoom to the default.
    • Change orientation
      • Click the Change Orientation to change the orientation of the workflow display. You can switch to a horizontal or vertical orientation.
    Note: You can use your mouse wheel to zoom in or zoom out.
