Defining Account AI Summary entities and properties

You can use the Entities and Properties tab on the Summary window to view or modify the entities and properties to be included in the summary.

  1. Select Integration > Integrations > Generative AI. The Generative AI detail view is displayed.
  2. Click the AI Summary Definitions tab. See Configuring the Generative AI integration
  3. Click the Edit link to modify the summary definition. The Summary window is displayed.
  4. Click the Entities and Properties tab. The entities tree view lists the related entities that are included in the summary.

    You can use this tab to:

    1. Add an entity, using the Include Related Entity icon. See Including related entity in AI summary.
    2. Remove an entity, by selecting an entity from the list and clicking the Exclude Related Entity icon.
    3. Exclude an included property, by selecting the entity that includes the property and clicking the Add to Excluded Properties icon.
    4. Remove a property from the Excluded Properties list, by selecting the property and clicking the Remove from Excluded Properties icon.
  5. Click OK.
