Sharing a layout with other users

You can share a Dashboard layout that you created with the other users.

Note: The security access determines the functions available for you. You can contact the administrator for changes in the access rights.

To share a layout:

  1. Access Dashboard or a widget panel.
  2. Select the required layout to share.
  3. Click Share Layout on the Dashboard or a widget panel menu. The Share Layout window is displayed.
  4. Perform these actions in the Share Layout window:
    • Add users, departments, teams or Everyone to the Selected list:
      1. To add specific user, department, team, or Everyone select check boxes in the Available list and click the move (>) option.
      2. To add all users, teams, departments and Everyone click the move all (>>) option.
    • Remove users, departments, teams, or Everyone from the Selected list:
      1. To remove specific user, department, team or Everyone select check boxes in the Selected list, and click the move (<) option. .
      2. To remove all users, teams, departments and Everyone click the move all (<<) option.
  5. Repeat until you have designated the required users to have access to your dashboard.
  6. Click Share.
