Using the Database Manager Tables Indexes tab
The Database Manager Tables tab allows the administrator to manage database tables perform table related tasks. In the detail pane, the Indexes tab displays the indexes associated with the selected table and allows the administrator to add and delete indexes for the table.
Note: Only the system administrator and users with the required
permissions can access these features. These features are not available in Oracle
environments.
To access the Tables Indexes tab:
- Select . The Tables list view is displayed.
- Click the Indexes tab. The
Indexes view is displayed.Note: If the details pane is not available, click in the list view toolbar.
On this page, you can:
- View a list of the indexes associated with the selected table.
- Click the Name of an index to view index details. See Adding or viewing table indexes in Database Manager
- Click to add a new table index. See Adding or viewing table indexes in Database Manager
