Converting an opportunity to a quote
Converting an opportunity to a quote creates and saves a quote along with information
related to the opportunity.
Note: The primary contact, account,
account manager, products and other information related to the opportunity are
copied to the new quote automatically.
To convert an opportunity to a quote:
- Click in the Opportunity Tasks pane on the Opportunity detail view. The Quote detail view for the new quote is displayed.
- Modify the quote, if required. See Using the Quote detail view.
