Working with a Journey Kanban widget

The Journey Kanban widgets are used to view a list of the records in each stage of a selected journey as well as roll-up statistics in each stage. Any currency values are rounded to the nearest dollar.

Note: Your security access determines the functions that are available. You can contact your administrator for modifying the access.

To add or edit a dashboard kanban widget:

  1. Access the Dashboard or a widget panel.
  2. Select the required layout to add or modify the required widget.
    Note: You can only add or modify widgets to a layout that you have created.
  3. Click Add Widget on the menu and select Opportunity Kanban, Ticket Kanban, Quote Kanban, or Sales Order Kanban in the Journey section.
    Note: You can click the Settings icon to modify the properties and data source(s) of Journey Kanban widget.
    The Widget Settings window is displayed.
  4. Review or modify the properties for the widget. See Widget Settings.
  5. Click the Journey arrow and select the journey you require to view.
  6. Click the Group arrow and select the group that contains the records you require to view.
  7. Click Save.
