Drafting an email with AI integration - AI Assistant

To draft an email using AI integration from the AI Assistant:

  1. Access the AI Assistant and perform one of these steps:
    • Specify “Draft email” along with and the additional information required to be included in the email, in the Infor CRM SLX request field.
    • Click the Actions column ellipsis icon from a list response for the record you want to email and select Generate email.
  2. Specify the requested information for the email message in the request text box, If prompted.
  3. Click Show drafted email. An email message is displayed wherein the To field is populated with the appropriate email address. The Subject and Body of the email include the suggested text and content from the selected record and AI Assistant requests and responses.
  4. Click Send.
