Introducing Dashboards and Widget panels

Dashboards and Widget panels are used to display and interact with various performance and analysis tools.
Note: Your security access determines the functions that are available. You can contact your administrator for modifying the access.

Dashboards

You can maintain one or more personalized layouts, and with the appropriate permissions, you can modify layouts provided by Infor CRM SLX or customized by the administrator. Infor CRM SLX includes 2 different kinds of Dashboards.

  • Dashboards provide a responsive user interface and new widgets, including gauge (speedometer) charts , group lists, and donut charts, and the ability to measure multiple metrics in the same widget.

Widget Panels

A Widget panel can display the same widgets as the Dashboard, however you can make the widgets contextual so that these widgets are based on the detail view or list view group and the selected filters. By default, a widget panel is added to list view replacing the existing KPIs panel. A widget panel can also be added to other views by the administrator. You can resize the panel vertically or horizontally, in detail view. You can create your own personalized layouts in the pannel. For layouts shared by the administrator or other users, you can only view the widget data.

Widgets

A widget is a dynamic, reusable element that displays the specified data.

You can use widgets to gain insight into organizational and individual performance. The data can be visualized in a KPI, pie, bar or column chart, pipeline, or line graph, or you can view the detailed data in a list.
