AI Assistant - Requesting information or performing a calculation

Use the AI Assistant to answer questions related to Infor CRM SLX data or perform calculations.

You can specify or select a request from the list. The AI Assistant can respond with the requested information or request more information. The AI Assistant can also suggest actions based on the request.

To make a request:

  1. Perform one of these steps in the request box:
    • Specify the request.
    • Click the drop-down arrow to select from a list of provided or saved requests. You can also modify the text to customize the request before submitting.
  2. Click the AI icon to submit the request.
  3. Click the Clear icon to clear the request without submitting.
  4. Respond to any AI Assistant requests for more information or clarification.
  5. Perform one of these steps.
    • Click to perform an action suggested by the AI Assistant.
    • Submit another request.
