Modifying AI Summary definition

Use the Summary dialog box to view or modify an AI Summary definition entity.

To open the AI Summary definition window:

  1. Select Integration > Integrations > Generative AI. Generative AI detail view is displayed.
  2. Click the AI Summary Definitions tab. See Configuring the Generative AI integration.
  3. Click the Edit link to modify the summary definition. Summary window is displayed.
  4. Define the related entities and properties to be included in the summary, on the Entities and Properties tab. See Defining Account AI Summary entities and properties.
  5. Define the criteria used to calculate engagement and sentiment scores for the Account AI Summary on the Engagement and Sentiment tab. See Defining Account AI Summary Engagement and Sentiment scores.
    Note: Engagement and Sentiment tab is only displayed for the Account entity definition.
  6. Click OK.
