Running a SpeedSearch index schedule manually
You can manually run and rebuild an index instead waiting for a scheduled rebuild of the index. The SpeedSearch indexes must be rebuilt on a regular basis to ensure that the updated information is available to users through SpeedSearch.
These are the schedule types:
- Full: The existing index files are deleted, and each time the index is rebuilt completely.
- Incremental: The index is updated with new or changed records or files.

- Select on the navigation bar. The SpeedSearch Manager list view is displayed.
- Click the Schedules tab.
- Select the schedule you require to run immediately and in the Task Pane, click .
- Click .
