Marketo integration Options tab

Use the Options tab to view and modify options that are specific to the Marketo integration. These options determine what and how information is synchronized between the Integrated application and Infor CRM SLX.

Options are represented by name-value pairs. Most integrations include a default set of name-value pairs that you can modify.

To set the Marketo integration options:

  1. Access the Marketo integration detail view. See Configuring Marketo.
  2. Click the Options tab.
  3. View or modify the Marketo options:
    • To modify:
      1. Click in the Value column for the option you require to modify.
      2. Use the Data Type column to identify the type of information to be specified as a value. For example, for a True/False data type, either True or False is a valid value.
      3. Make the required changes.
      4. Click Save.
    • Marketo specific options:
      URL
      The URL in the API REST API end point provided by Marketo. Delete ./rest from the URL endpoint. This value is mandatory.
      Client ID
      The Client ID received from Marketo. This value is mandatory.
      Secret
      The Secret key received from Marketo. This value is mandatory.
      MQL List Name
      The name of the list that retrieves leads from Marketo. The administrator can set a threshold for the score of a lead within Marketo. Based on this threshold, the lead is sent to the qualified lead list, which is automatically synchronized with Infor CRM SLX.
      Note: The administrator can modify the name of the MQL list.
      Last Processed Activity ID
      The identification number used when processing Lead Activities from Marketo. Represents the Marketo Activity ID that has been last processed by the Job Server. When processing the next batch of activities from Marketo, IDs that are older than this value are skipped.
      Page Size
      Indicates the number of records "To Be Sent To" or "Received From" Marketo. By default, the value is 300.
      Pages Per Cycle
      Indicates the maximum number of pages "To Be Sent To" or "Received From" Marketo in the current synchronization cycle.
      Check For Existing Activity
      Indicates if activities that already exist must be skipped during synchronization. If this value is set to False, a new Marketo Lead Activity is created every time.
      Static List Page Token
      Page Tokens are used by Marketo to determine the next set of data to be sent when synchronizing. This value is set when processing results from Marketo. This token is specific to Static Lists in Marketo. Each area of synchronization with Marketo has a specific token.
      Last Change Activity ID
      Indicates the Marketo Change ID last processed by the Job Server when handling lead changes. The IDs older than this value are skipped during the next batch of lead changes from Marketo.
      Last Processed Lead Score Change ID
      Used when processing Lead Score changes. If a LeadScoreId from Marketo is less than this value, the record is skipped.
      Use Partitions
      Indicates when partitions between Integrated application and Infor CRM SLX are enabled. Possible values:
      • True
      • False

      Auto Link Accounts
      Indicates if the accounts are to be synchronized with Marketo automatically. Possible values:
      • True
      • False
      Auto Link Opportunities
      Indicates if the opportunities are to be synchronized with Marketo automatically. Possible values:
      • True
      • False
      Lead Change Paging Token
      The lead change data is maintained in Infor CRM SLX for 30 days. You can clear the value in this field by purging all the activity data for the last 30 days and reloading the data.
      Activity Page Token
      The activity data maintained in Infor CRM SLX for 30 days. You can clear the value in this field by purging all the activity data for the last 30 days and reloading the data.
  4. Click Save.
