Job manager Executions tab

Use the Executions tab to view the progress of a job.

The Executions tab displays jobs that are in process. In addition to the job name, you can see the user who started the job, the phase the job has reached, whether the job has completed successfully, and the path where the completed file is stored. If the job has failed to execute correctly, an error message is visible in the Execution Result column.

Jobs are listed in the Executions tab for an hour. After this time, the jobs are available in the Report History tab.

From the Executions tab, you can also:

  • Cancel a job in progress:
    • To cancel a job, select the job, right-click and select Cancel Executing Job.
  • Stop the Job Service:
    • You can click Stop Job Service on the Execution tab, to stop the Job Service.
Note: This resets reading the job schedules to their deployed state. Any modifications to the job schedules can be overwritten. The link changes to Stopping Job Service while attempting to stop the Job Service.
  • Start the Job Service:

If you stopped the Job Service, you must manually restart the Job Service. Click Stop Job Service on the Execution tab under the Job Manager Tasks, to stop the Job Service.

  • Terminate the Job Service:

Click Terminate Job Service on the Execution tab, to terminate the Job Service. You must terminate the Job Service If you are unable to stop or restart the Service. You can restart a terminated job service.
