Working with a Stacked KPI widget

A stacked Key Performance Indicator (KPI) displays information for two metrics. This is used when calculating different metrics for the same data sources. For example, the number of open opportunities and the sum of sales potential for the same opportunities.

To define or modify the widget properties:
  1. Access the Dashboard or a widget panel.
  2. Select the layout for which the widget properties must be defined or modified.
Note: You can add or modify widgets only on a layout that you have created.
  3. Click Add Widget on the menu. Add Widget window is displayed. Click Stacked in the KPIs section. The Widget Settings window is displayed.
Note: You can also click the Settings icon to modify properties and data source(s) of an existing widget.
  4. Define or modify the properties for the widget. See Widget Settings.
  5. Enable Show Circle option to display the KPI values within a colored circle.
Note: You can also define the color of the circle for each data source.
  6. Add two data sources for the widget. See Working with data sources. The stacked KPI widget is most appropriate for viewing different metrics for the same entity.
  7. Click Save.
