Reassigning multiple activities

The administrator can reassign the leader of multiple activities from the Activities view.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To reassign multiple activities at once:

  1. Select the required activities to reassign on the Activities view.
  2. Click the Reassign Activities link in the Common Tasks. The Reassign Activities window is displayed.
  3. Click the Find option in the Select new leader option. The Select User window is displayed.
  4. Select the required user to reassign the activities.
  5. Click OK.
    Note: The activity leader is updated to the selected user for all of the selected activities.
