Inserting a journey

journeys are a series of stages and steps to guide a user through a particular process.

To insert a journey:

  1. Select New Journey from the Administration menu.
  2. Specify the name of the journey in the Name field. This is the name that users see in the list on the detail view of Journey tab.
    Note: The name must be unique and cannot contain special characters.
  3. Specify a brief description of the journey in the Description field.
  4. Select the Active check box to make the journey available to select from the list on the detail view Journey tab.
  5. Click the Entity arrow and select the entity to be associated with journey. journeys are specific to an entity and are only available on the Journey tab for that entity detail view.
    Note: You need to select an entity before you can save the new journey.
  6. Click Save.
