Including related entity in AI summary

You can use the Include Related Entity window to add a related entity to an AI Summary entity definition.

To access the Include Related Entity window:

  1. Select Integration > Integrations > Generative AI. Generative AI detail view is displayed.
  2. Click the Edit link on AI Summary Definitions tab to modify the summary definition. The Summary window is displayed.
  3. Click the Include Related Entity icon on the Entities and Properties tab.
  4. Select the related entity to be included in the summary from the Related Entity list.
    Note: Only the related entities where the Expose to AI Summary is set to True can be included in an AI Summary definition.
  5. Click OK to close the Include Related Entity.
  6. Click OK to save the changes.
