Configuring Marketo

Perform these tasks to configure the Marketo integration. Infor CRM users who have appropriate permissions can view a Sales Insight tab on the Infor CRM Contact, Lead, and Marketo Lead detail views that displays marketing and activity-related data.

To configure Marketo:

  1. Select Administration > Integrations on the Navigation bar.
  2. Click Marketo on the Integrations list view.
  3. View this information:
    Field Description/Action
    Integration Marketo

    The name of the integration.
    Version The version of the integration.
    Sync Method Does Not Sync

    Indicates the process in which information is synchronized between the integrated application and Infor CRM SLX.
    Authentication Type Basic

    The method for authenticating data.

    Note: The integration can fail, if the authentication type is changed.
    Link Type System

    The type of link used to synchronize data with the integrated application and Infor CRM SLX.

    Note: The data is managed through a single link.
    Enabled Use this option to enable or disable synchronization process for the integration.
    Note: When enabled, this option synchronizes data with the integrated application and Infor CRM SLX. This makes all the subsequent synchronization options available.
  4. Select the Enabled check box.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click the Options tab. See Marketo integration Options tab.
  7. Click the Marketo Synchronization Maps tab to view the default mappings or customize these mappings to align with your requirements. See The Marketo Synchronization Maps tab.
  8. Click the Marketo Activity Types tab to configure the Marketo Activity Types that are displayed on the Marketo Sales Insight tab of the Contact, Lead and Marketo Lead detail views. See The Marketo Activity Types tab.
  9. Click the Marketo Partitions tab to view and map partitions between Marketo and the application. See Marketo Partitions tab.
    Note: This tab is available only when the Enable Partitions option on the Integration Options tab is set to True.
