Integrations Options tab
Use the Options tab to view and edit options that are specific to an integration. These options determine what and how information is synchronized between the integration and Infor CRM SLX.
Integration options are represented by name-value pairs. Most integrations include a default set of name-value pairs that you can edit.
Note: The Options tab is only available for integrations with a
synchronization method of client-side synchronization or server synchronization.
- To open the Options tab:
- Access the integration detail
views as required, See Integration Detail view. These are the list
of views:
- Generative AI. See Configuring the Generative AI integration.
- Back Office Extension. See Configuring Back Office Extension Integration.
- ION Workflow. See ION Workflow integration Options tab.
- Marketo. See Marketo integration Options tab.
- OutlookSync. See Configuring Outlook Sync Integration.
- Sales Intelligence. See Configuring Sales Intelligence integration
- ExchangeSync (OAauth). See the Applying Infor CRM Sync for Exchange document.
- GoogleMail. See the Applying Infor CRM Sync for Gmail document.
- GoogleSync. See the Applying Infor CRM Sync for Gmail document.
- Click the Options tab.
- Edit the
options for the selected integration:
- Click
in the Value column for the option you want to edit.
Use the column to identify the type of information to type as a value. For example, for a True/False data type, either 'True' or 'False' is a valid value.
- Make the required changes.
- Click .
- Click
in the Value column for the option you want to edit.
- Access the integration detail
