CRM Workflow step instance fields

The CRM Workflow step information fields contain information about the selected CRM Workflow step instance. Information displayed in these fields cannot be modified.
Field Description/Action
CRM Workflow CRM Workflow name-based link to the corresponding CRM Workflow instance detail form.
Step CRM Workflow step name corresponding to the originating CRM Workflow step definition.
Description CRM Workflow step description corresponding to the originating CRM Workflow step definition.
Action Step action types include: Notify, and Approval.
Active Active check box indicates the approval set is presently awaiting input from the set of defined approvers.
Started The date and time when the step instance started.
Completed The date and time when the step instance ended
Status The status of the step instance.
Notes Additional information or errors associated with the step instance.

Information displayed in these fields are available only for Approval step instances:

Approval Status Current approval status of the CRM Workflow step instance. Possible values:
  • Pending
  • Approved
  • Disapproved
  • Expired
Approval Criteria Criteria to approve the step instances by CRM approvers:
  • A percentage value of the CRM approvers required to approve the step.
  • A fixed number of the CRM approvers required to approve the step.
  • The fixed values that are greater than the actual number, are internally converted into a requirement of 100%.
Pending Number of potential approvers yet to complete the approval step.
Approvals Number of approvers who have approved the step
Disapprovals Number of approvers who have disapproved the step.
