Using the Journeys list view

The list view displays all of the journeys. You can use and Lookup to filter the list of records.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To access the Journey list view:

Select Administration > Journey on the Navigation bar.
Select Journey. The Journey list view is displayed.
On this page you can:
- Click Refresh, to refresh the list information.
- Work with records in a grid. See Working with Grids in list views and tabs.
- Filter my list. See Using Task Pane filters.
- Use the Lookup to search for records. See Using lookup.
- Click a journey name on the Journeys list view to open the Journey detail view. See Using the Journey detail view.
- View a group. See What are Groups? .
- Using the group shortcut menu. See Using the Group Shortcut menu.
- Manage group. See Using the Groups list.
The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
- Add to Group. See Adding Ad Hoc group records.
- Remove from Group. See Removing Ad hoc records.
- Save Records as a Group. See Adding an Ad Hoc group.
