Campaign Email Target Metrics tab

The Campaign Email Target Metrics tab displays the metrics of each target for each campaign email task.

Note: This tab is displayed only if the application is integrated with OCM Email Marketing.

To view the Campaign Email Target Metrics tab, click the Email Target Metrics tab on the Campaign detail view.

To filter the target metrics:

  1. Click Show Filters to expand the list of filters.
  2. Filter the data based on these fields. Possible values:
    • Show: Enables you view the specified Contacts or Lead targets.
    • Task: Enables you to select a task from the list. The list displays only for targets that have been selected in the campaign email task.
    • Unsubscribed: Enables you to display the subscribed or unsubscribed targets based on the selected option. Possible values:
      • Yes: Displays unsubscribed targets.
      • No: Displays subscribed targets.
    • Bounced: Enables you to display targets for which the emails were bounced. Possible values:
      • Yes: Displays targets for which emails were bounced.
      • No: Displays targets for which emails were bounced.
    • Responded: Enables you to display only targets with a response. Possible values:
      • Yes: Displays only targets that have a response.
      • No: Displays targets that do not have a response.
    • Viewed: Enables you to display targets that have viewed the email. Possible values:
      • Yes: Displays targets that viewed the email.
      • No: Displays targets that did not view the email.
    • Clicked: Enables you to display targets that have clicked an email link. Possible values:
      • Yes: Displays targets that clicked an email link.
      • No: Displays targets that did not click an email link.
  3. Click Apply to apply the filters and update the grid information.
  4. Click Reset to clear the filters.
