Campaign Stages/Tasks tab

The Campaign Stages/Tasks tab lists all of the stages and tasks associated with a campaign.

To access the Campaign Stages/Tasks tab, you can click the Stages/Tasks tab, on the Campaign detail view.

On this page you can:

• Add a stage. See Adding campaign stages
• Modify a stage. See Modifying campaign stages
• Complete a stage. See Completing campaign stages
• Delete a stage. See Deleting campaign stages
• Add a task. See Adding campaign tasks
• Edit a task. See Modifying campaign tasks
• Complete a task. See Completing campaign tasks
• Delete a task. See Deleting campaign tasks
• Send emails from OCM to the campaign targets. See Email marketing integration campaign tasks
  Note: This option is displayed only if the OCM Email Marketing integration is enabled and configured, and emails are yet to be sent.
• View status to access the OCM report wherein you can view the email campaign task statistics. See Email marketing integration campaign tasks.
  Note: This option is displayed only if the OCM Email Marketing integration is enabled and emails for the email campaign task has been sent.
