Using the Campaign detail view
Use the Campaign detail view to review, add, or modify the information for a selected record. The detail view consists of fields, tabs, and a user-defined section.
To access the Campaign detail view you can:
- Click on the Navigation Bar. The Campaign list view is displayed.
- Click the . The Campaign detail view is displayed. If required, use the to locate a campaign.
On this page you can:
- Use the to search for records.
- View a group.
- Click to switch back to Campaign list view.
The Task Pane contains the section. In this section, you can:
- Email. See Emailing contacts or leads
- Add Note. See Adding a note
- New Meeting. See Scheduling an activity
- New Phone Call. See Scheduling an activity.
- New To-Do. See Scheduling an activity.
- Email Content Editor. See Email marketing integration campaign tasks.Note: This option is displayed only if the OCM Email Marketing integration is enabled and configured.
Information fields
The campaign information fields contain the primary information about the campaign. Users with permissions can modify these fields. You can launch a campaign to the campaign targets. See Campaign fields
Detail view tabs
Each tab displays specific information you can use for campaign related activities. Click a link to see more information about each tab.

User defined section
You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined middle section. The tab remains there until it is moved back to the lower section.
