Copying a journey step

You can copy a step to any stage in any active journey of the same entity.

To copy a journey step:

  1. Select Journey on the Navigation Bar, Administration > Journey. The Journey list view is displayed. See Using the Journeys list view.
  2. Click a journey in the list or use the Lookup to locate a journey.  The selected journey detail view is displayed.
  3. Click the Stages/Steps tab.
  4. Click the Copy Step for the step you require to copy.
  5. Click the Journey arrow and select the journey that contains the stage you require to copy the step.
    Note: By default the current journey is selected. The list of journeys is limited to the journeys for the same entity.
  6. Click the Stage arrow and select the stage you require to copy the step to. The list of stages is determined by the selected Journey.
  7. Click OK. You can modify the step as required. See Adding or modifying a journey step.
