AI Summary tab
The AI Summary tab displays on the
Account, Contact, Campaign,
and Ticket detail views. You can use this tab to view an AI-generated
summary of the current record covering activities, history, and related items, such as
opportunities or products. The data is specific to the signed in user. The AI Summary is
generated when a detail view of record is first accessed. AI summary can be refreshed manually
or automatically when the record has been modified since the last time the summary was
generated.
Note: The AI Summary tab requires
the Generative AI integration to be configured. For questions, contact your
administrator.
To open the AI Summary tab, click the AI Summary tab on the Contact, Account, Campaign, or Ticket detail view. If the AI Summary tab is not visible, click More Tabs. See More tabs.
On this page you can:
- View an AI-generated summary of a record’s information, activities, history, and related items.
- View Engagement and Sentiment statuses. Note: The Engagement and sentiment are only displayed on the Account detail view of the AI Summary tab.
- Engagement indicates the frequency of
interactions with the account. Possible Values:
- : More than 5 related items added or updated within the last 30 days and activities scheduled in the future.
- : More than 2 or less than 5 related items added or updated within the last 30 days or any activities scheduled in the future.
- : 2 or fewer related items added or updated between 90 and 365 days ago or any activities scheduled in the future.
- : No related items added or updated within the past 365 days and no activities scheduled in the future.
- Sentiment identifies when the engagement is
positive, negative or a mixture of both. Possible Values:
- : Recent and future activities, recent open opportunities, quotes, or sales orders, won opportunities, no open tickets.
- : A mixture of positive and negative interactions.
- : Open tickets, open returns, and lost opportunities.
- : Neither positive nor negative interactions.
Note: This is only available when the Engagement is or .
- Engagement indicates the frequency of
interactions with the account. Possible Values:
- View recommended actions based on the AI Summary content. For example:Note: These actions are not displayed on the Campaign detail view AI Summary tab.
- “” goes to the detail view of a related item.
- Schedule a phone call, meeting, or to-do with AI Summary content added to the Regarding, Notes, and associations. See Scheduling an activity.
- Draft an email with AI Summary content in the subject or body. See Drafting an email with AI integration - AI Summary.
- Create an opportunity, quote, or sales order. See Adding a new opportunity, Adding a quote, or Adding a sales order.
- Create a contract or ticket. See Adding a contract or Adding a new ticket.
- Open a website
- Click the icon to update the summary information.
- Click the icon to open an e-mail message with the summary information in the body and email address of your manager in the To field.
