AI Summary Definitions tab
You can use the AI Summary Definitions tab to view or manage summary definitions for an entity. AI Summary is available for Account, Contact, Campaign and Ticket entities.
Note: The AI Summary Definitions
tab is only available for Generative AI integration.
To view the AI Summary Definitions tab, you can access the Generative AI Integration detail view and click the AI Summary Definitions tab. See Configuring the Generative AI integration.
On this page you can:
- Enable an entity summary by selecting the check box. You can clear this check box to disable the entity summary. Click to save the changes.
- View or modify an entity summary definition by clicking the option. See Modifying AI Summary definition.
- View the for the summary definition.
The entities include:
- Account
- Campaign
- Contact
- Ticket.
