AI Newsfeed tab
You can use the AI Newsfeed tab displayed on the
Account detail view to view an AI-generated summary of the recent posts
and news activity of the current account. The AI Newsfeed is generated when an account detail
view is first accessed.
Note: The AI Newsfeed tab
requires Generative AI integration to be configured and at least one newsfeed must be enabled.
You can contact the administrator for more information.
To access the AI Newsfeed tab, click the AI Newsfeed tab on the Account detail view. If the tab is not displayed, click More Tabs. See More tabs.
On this page you can:
- View an AI-generated newsfeed for the account.
- Click the icon to refresh Newsfeed data manually.
- Click the icon to open an email message with the newsfeed information in the body and the email address of the manager in the To field.
- Click to view additional information.
