Using the AI Assistant
Use the AI Assistant to answer questions about Infor CRM SLX data, perform calculations, or view a list of records.
Note: The available functions are based on the permitted security access.
You can contact the administrator for modifications in the access rights.
You can type or select a request from the list and click . The submitted request is displayed in a blue chat bubble. AI Assistant responses are displayed in a light gray chat bubble.
The AI Assistant can respond with the requested information, request for more information, or suggest actions based on the request.
Chat history can be deleted manually by clearing the thread or signing out of the Infor CRM SLX Web Client. To open the AI Assistant, click the icon on the menu bar.
You can use the AI Assistant to:
- Request information or perform a calculation. See AI Assistant - Requesting information or performing a calculation.

- Respond to AI Assistant requests for more information or clarification
- Generate an email. See Drafting an email with AI integration - AI Assistant.
- Perform actions suggested by the AI Assistant
To make a request:
- Perform one of these steps in the request box:
- Specify the request.
- Click the drop-down arrow to select from a list of provided or saved requests. You can also modify the text to customize the request before submitting.
- Click the AI icon to submit the request.
- Click the icon to clear the request without submitting.
- Click thread to clear chat history.
