Changing or deleting a territory

You can modify territories as needed, and you can delete them if they are not currently associated with representatives or dealerships in the system. You can also make territories unavailable for further use but leave them in the system while they are still associated with other records.

  1. In CPQ Enterprise Quoting, select My Company > Territories.
  2. Perform one of these actions:
    • To modify a territory, find and open the record. Make changes as needed.
    • To inactivate the territory but leave it in the system, open the record and set the Status field to Inactive.
    • To remove a territory from the system, select it and click the delete icon.
