Checking user account status

You can check the status of user accounts for direct and dealer representatives.
  1. In CPQ Enterprise Quoting, find and open the user record to review.

    For direct representatives, select My Company > Representatives.

    For dealer representatives, select Dealers and open the dealership record. Scroll down and select the Representatives tab.

  2. Check the Acknowledge Status field under User Account.

    This table describes user account statuses:

    Status Description
    Pending This status is displayed for a newly created account that is waiting to be added in Infor Ming.le.
    Accepted The user account creation has been completed successfully.
    Modified User information is being updated.
    Rejected Account creation or modification cannot be completed successfully in Infor Ming.le. A reason is displayed in the Acknowledge Comment field.
