Pricing and expiration defaults

This section enables you to specify various pricing and expiration default values at the application level.

The pricing values you specify here are used by default when you manually create products in the system or when the application is processing a product or item BOD that is coming in from a host system.

Most values can be overridden for individual products, price lists, agreements, etc.

Field name	Description
Price List	Specify the price list that will be used by default.
Product Expiry Date	Specify the expiration date that will be applied by default to all products.
Product Price	Specify a price that will be used as the default for all products.
Quote/Order Expiration Days	Specify a default number that indicates the number of days before a quote or order will expire.
Agreement Expiration Days	Specify a default number to indicate the number of days before an agreement expires.
