Converting a quote to an order

The procedure for converting a quote to an order can be completed by any user who has one of these quote and order privileges:
  • Can Convert Quote to Orders
  • Can Order Directly
  1. In CPQ Enterprise Quoting select Quotes.
  2. Open the quote record that is to be converted to an order.
  3. Review and confirm the quote summary details.
  4. Click Convert To Order.
  5. Click Yes to confirm.
  6. Review and confirm the order summary details. Use the order summary action options to make any required modifications.
  7. Click Submit Order.
  8. Review and confirm the details on the Place Order form.
  9. Click Submit to Manufacturer.
  10. Review the informational message to confirm that the order status is set to submitted.
  11. Click Close.
