About adjusting prices

The ability to use the Adjust Price form depends on the quote or order status, line status, and your assigned quote/order privileges.

For example, if a quote or order without an existing pricing request has a status of Open, and the logged in user has the Can Order Directly privilege, then the Adjust Price form is:

  • Enabled for non-configurable products and also for configurable products with these line statuses:
    • Success
    • Approved (configuration request)
  • Disabled for configurable products with these line statuses:
    • Requires Review
    • In Review
    • Rejected
