Managing dealers
Dealerships and the first representative for each dealership are added using the Dealers form in your CPQ Enterprise Quoting system.
A dealer can be a "parent" to other dealers, in which case, dealer reps at the parent dealership can access their own customers and items as well as the customers and items of the child dealers, all within their assigned territories. You set the parent-child relationship as you add dealers to the system.
This section describes how to add and delete dealers and how to set up dealer groups for system messages.
