Setting up Smart Help

Smart Help is an Infor Ming.le™ context app that provides application users with access to documentation, support, and training content. This application can connect to different content repositories, including Infor product documentation, Knowledge Base articles, training materials, and customer documents. As a user navigates their Infor application, Smart Help queries the content repositories and returns relevant content.

To use the Smart Help app for online help in your CPQ Enterprise Quoting system, you must enable the context app and add the CPQEQ-Administrator and CPQEQ-DirectRepresentative security roles to Smart Help permissions.
