Enterprise Quoting on Medium View for dealer representatives
On a medium-sized device, such as a tablet, CPQ Enterprise Quoting switches to a medium-view layout. The medium view optimizes the screen space and changes how you navigate the application.

This screen also includes the Recent Quotes and Recent Orders sections. Each section shows your two most recently modified quotes or orders. To open the Quote or Order page, click an entry.
You can create a quote or an order by adding an item. To navigate directly to the quote and view the item added from the Product Catalog, click the button.
Products
On the Products screen, you can view the Product Catalog.
Action buttons are available on each of the product cards. To open the configurator screen for the product, click the Configure button. To start a quote or an order, click the Add Item button.
When you create a quote by adding an item, a quote summary is displayed on the top bar with the subtotal of the quote.
Customer
On the Customer screen, you can view the list of customers. The Name, City, and State/Province columns for listed customers are displayed in this screen.
To open the customer page, click the Name link. Alternatively, select the checkbox beside the customer name, then click the button.
To remove a dealer from the list, click the button. To create a dealer, click the button. On the form, specify the information in the Dealer Information, General, and Shipping Terms sections.
Additionally, you can create a quote directly from the customer page. Click Create quote at the bottom of the screen. When a quote is created directly from this screen, the selected customer information is populated in the quote page.
My Quotes
The My Quotes screen shows the quotes that you created and last modified. To locate a quote, use the Search, Filter, and Sort options.
To create a quote, click the Create quote button at the top of the page.
My Orders
The My Orders screen shows the orders that you created and last modified. To locate an order, use the Search, Filter, and Sort options.
To create an order, click the Create order button at the top of the page.

Line Details tab
The Line Details tab contains the items in the quote or order. To locate a line item, you can use the Search field.

To add items, click the button. On the Add Items screen, you can create your product selections.
For a non-configurable product, click the button to add the product to the lines. For a configurable product, click the button to open the configurator screen.
On the configurator screen, you can specify the configurations and continue to the product selection screen. For a configurable product with model constraints, click the button to open the Product Catalog Items Details page.
The initial information for each line item shows the name, number of items, and price. The Delete action is also available on the summary section. To view the configuration details and pricing details for the item, click the arrow beside the price to expand the section.
In the expanded details section, click the ellipsis (…) icon to access the Change options and Copy actions.
Summary tab
The Summary tab contains the summary details for the quote or order.
In the Customer section, click the Select customer button to open the Select Customer form. On the Select Customer form, you can create or select a customer for the quote or order. You can also specify or review the Header details, Ship to information, and Pricing details.
