Generating a document

On the Line Details tab, you can generate a bid document.

  1. From the navigation bar, select the My Quotes or My Orders tab.
    Alternatively, select a quote or an order from the Home page.
  2. Select a quote or an order to open the Line Details tab.
  3. Click the ellipsis button then Generate Document.
  4. On the Generate Document form, specify the information in the General information, Document Properties, and Currency Conversion sections.
  5. At the bottom of the page, click the Generate document button.
    The Document generated dialog box is displayed.
  6. On the Document generated dialog box, click Download to save the document to your device.
