Downloading a generated document from System Messages

You can download generated documents from the Document List or from the System Messages screen.

When document generation is complete and the document is saved to the quote or order, the document is available for download. A Download button is displayed on the system message. The System Messages icon is available on every CPQ Enterprise Quoting screen in the medium view.

  1. From the header of any CPQ Enterprise Quoting screen, click the System Messages icon.
  2. In the list, locate the generated document.
  3. Click Download to save the document to your device.
