Checking user account status

The user account status informs you of the current state of the new user account in the account creation process. You can check the status of user accounts for dealer representatives.
  1. In CPQ Enterprise Quoting, select My Company > Representatives.
  2. Check the Acknowledge Status field under User Account.

    This table describes user account acknowledge statuses:

    Status Description
    Pending This status is displayed for a newly created account that is waiting to be added in Infor OS Portal.
    Accepted The user account creation has been completed successfully.
    Modified User information is being updated.
    Rejected Account creation or modification cannot be completed successfully in Infor OS Portal. A reason is displayed in the Acknowledge Comment field.
  3. Optionally, you can check the Status and Status Comment to view the current status of the user account in Infor OS IFS management.
    This table shows the IFS user account status:
    Status Description
    Enabled This indicates that the user account in Infor OS IFS User Management is active. Access to Infor OS Portal and other applications within are preserved.
    Disabled This indicates that the user account in Infor OS IFS User Management is not active. User credentials associated with the account cannot be used to access to Infor OS Portal and other applications within.
