Managing application preferences

  1. Select My CompanyProfile > Profile > > Application Preferences > .
  2. Specify values for these fields in the Pricing Defaults section:
    • Discount by
    • Price by
    • Display Options
    • My Items - Specify Yes or No to determine if the pricing defaults should be applied to My items on quotes and orders.
    • Write In Items - Specify Yes or No to determine if the pricing defaults should be applied to write in items on quotes and orders.
    • Subtotal (MSRP)
    • Cost
    • Markup
    • Additional Discount
    • Subtotal (list)
  3. Specify values for these fields in the Print Option Defaults section:
    • Pricing
    • Line Details
    • Additional Configuration Details
    • Display Culture
    • File Type
    • Report Currency
    • Exchange Rate
    • Header Comments
    • Terms Comments
    • Pricing Comments
  4. Specify values for these fields in the Shipping Terms section:
    • Shipping Policy
    • Freight Terms
    • Shipping Carrier
    • Shipping Method
  5. Specify values for these fields in the Territories section:
    Territories
    Specify Enabled to turn on the territories feature. This enables you to assign representatives and customers to the different territories. A representative can only see customers, orders, quotes, projects, and jobs that are associated to territories that are assigned to the representative.
    Main Territory Name
    Specify the basic territory that contains the required child territories.
