Edit customer default terms

  1. In CPQ Enterprise Quoting, select the customer’s panel.
  2. Select an existing dealer from the grid or create a new customer.
  3. Select the customer Default Terms tab.
  4. Edit the Price by field in the Pricing Terms section:
  5. Edit these available fields in the Business Terms section:
    • My Upcharge (Markup %)
    • Additional Discount (% Off list)
    • Tax
    • Labor Tax
    • Payment Method
    • Payment Terms
  6. Edit these available fields in the Shipping Terms section:
    • Shipping Policy
    • Freight Terms
    • Shipping Carrier
    • Shipping Method
