Changing or deleting a territory

You can modify territories as needed, and you can delete them if they are not currently associated with representatives or customers in the system.

  1. In CPQ Enterprise Quoting, select My Company > Territories.
  2. Perform one of these actions:
    • To modify a territory, find and open the record. Make changes as needed.
    • To remove a territory from the system, select it and click the delete icon.
