Email Template tab

Use this tab to create and define an email template for your representatives to use when sending bid documents.

An email template provides for a consistent experience for your representatives during bidding processes, and also presents a unified message to all of your customers.

Email templates can be created to pull data, such as quote number, contact information, and representative information from a quote. Before sending a bid document, dealer representatives can preview the document to confirm all the details are correct. Additionally, your representatives can attach a bid document to the quote or order as a form of tracking different versions of the quote, eliminating the need to reselect print options to generate a new document.
