Checking user account status

The user account status informs you of the current state of the new user account in the account creation process. You can check the status of user accounts for dealer representatives.
  1. In CPQ Enterprise Quoting, select My Company > Representatives.
  2. Check the Acknowledge Status field under User Account.

    This table describes user account statuses:

    Status Description
    Pending This status is displayed for a newly created account that is waiting to be added in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le.
    Accepted The user account creation has been completed successfully.
    Modified User information is being updated.
    Rejected Account creation or modification cannot be completed successfully in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le. A reason is displayed in the Acknowledge Comment field.
