Uploading images for My Items

Dealer representatives can upload or update images to the image field on an item. This functionality provides a clear representation of the item in the Dealer view and enables viewing of My Item images in quotable products. The image field that enables the upload of images is located on the My Item Form on My item details. If a file type that is not supported for upload is uploaded to the image field, a pop-up message indicating that the file type is not supported will display.

These are the supported image file types that can be uploaded for My Items:

  • JPEG
  • GIF
  • PNG
  • SVG
  • BMP

If an image file is not specified, the non-image container will be displayed by default. If an image has already been uploaded, you can update the image by replacing the existing image with your new supported image file, however, the file cannot be deleted from the image field.
