Order status inquiry

You can view the status of Direct or Dealer orders associated with your dealer record in CPQ Enterprise Quoting > Status Inquiry > Orders.

The orders displayed in the grid include all direct orders associated with your dealer record and orders submitted by users associated with your dealer record.

The orders are displayed in a grid contain this information:

Column	Description
External Order Number	This cell displays the Order Number from the ERP.
External Order Status	This cell displays the most recent Order Status retrieved from the ERP. You can click on the status of the order to view the External Order Status page for the associated entry.
Order Number	This cell displays the corresponding order number in CPQ Enterprise Quoting.
P.O. Number	This cell displays the P.O. number in the ERP.
Date Ordered	This field displays the date the order was submitted in CPQ Enterprise Quoting. the date is displayed in a MM/DD/YYYY format in the user's timezone.
Total Amount	This cell displays the Order total as reflected in the ERP. If the order total is changed on the ERP side, then the new total is reflected in this grid but may not reflect in the corresponding EQ order outside the Status Inquiry module.

The information in the grid is displayed in descending order based on the Date Ordered, with the most recent order presented first. You can use the filter feature in each column to sort through or search for a specific order.
