Managing company profile information
Dealer Administrators can specify and update the dealership's profile information.
- In CPQ Enterprise Quoting, from the menu drawer, select .
- Scroll to the bottom of the form.

Select from these tabs to create, change, or delete the related settings and
records:
Tab Description Locations If your dealership has additional business addresses or contact details, you can add those locations on this tab. Order Placement Defaults This tab displays the settings that will be used by default, when you place an order to your manufacturer. The values specified here were defined by the manufacturer administrator and can not be changed. Customer Default Terms Use this tab to specify the default settings that will be used between your dealership and your customers. Application Preferences Use this tab to specify the default method that will be used to calculate prices, determine which price details should display on online forms, and specify the details that should be printed on quotes and order documents. E-mail template Use this tab to create and define an email template for your representatives to use when sending bid documents. The template can be customized to automatically insert the specific customer, representative, and quote or order details.
