Overview

The CPQ Enterprise Quoting Analytics Dashboard displays analytical reports based on the sales quotes and sales orders that are generated in CPQ Enterprise Quoting. Manufacturers and dealers can access this dashboard to view comprehensive charts and graphs that are automatically generated from the CPQ Enterprise Quoting data. Manufacturers can view all of their dealers' quote and performance data in the dashboard, while dealers can view their own quote data.

These are the KPI reports that can be viewed in the dashboard:

• Quote Win/Loss Percentage
• Quote Closed Ratio
• Quote Aging Analysis
• Total Number of Quotes
• Top n Quotes
• Top n Performers

These roles are required to view analytics data:

• Manufacturer role: Supports access to view data for all dealers who belong to the manufacturer.
• Dealer role: Supports access to view all of the dealer’s own data.
