Some views have a Total column. This column displays the total of the data for the entire year. The total column is only available if your administrator allows it.
Period columns are included in all views. The columns display the totals for each period of your fiscal year, according to the selected sort order. The columns are labeled according to the budgeting year established by the controller or administrator.
